Most likely this is an issue with your graphics card.
Our VR concert requires a graphics card equal to or better than the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 because of the 8k video component. AMD graphics cards are not supported at this time.
In order to create the highest fidelity VR concert experience, we shot the VR concert in 8k and used the v9 codec to encode the video for our VR concert app.
While typically AMD graphics cards should be able to play 8k video, we found in testing that AMD cards struggled with the v9 codec which caused choppy/laggy playback.
