• How do I watch a VR Concert? To watch a free song or VR concert on Meta Quest or PICO: Download the AmazeVR Concerts app When you first open the app, you will go through a tutorial to teach you the basic controls of AmazeVR concerts. Once the tutorial is complete, you will return to the main hub. From the hub, swipe through the artist tokens with your hand to scroll through the available and coming soon VR concerts Using the trigger button on either controller, grab the artist you want to watch and place it in the activator in front of you. You will have 2 options, to purchase the VR concert or to download the free song. If the concert is not yet available, you will only have one option to subscribe to email updates. Grab whichever option you want and place the element in the activator to select it. Once the concert/song has been downloaded, place the concert/song element in the activator to begin the experience. Enjoy! To watch a free song or VR concert on Apple Vision Pro:  Select the artist you want to see To watch the free song, select “Try it Free” to download the free song. Once the song is downloaded, select “Try it Free” again to watch the free song. To purchase a full concert select the top button to purchase the concert for the listed price. Once the purchase is complete, the concert will begin downloading automatically. Once the concert is purchased and downloaded, you will see the option to “Enter the VR Concert”. Click this button to start the concert.

• How do I request artists for future VR concerts? If you have a specific artist or band you would like to see, tweet it at us @AmazeVR and tag the artist! This is the easiest way to let us and your favorite artist know you want them to make a VR concert with AmazeVR. 
• How can I see what songs are included in the VR concert? To see the full song list, grab the artist token and put it in the activator. The token will display the song list. You can also view the song list and credits by opening the in-app menu and hitting the "Details" button next to the concert you want to view

• What is early access? Concerts that are “coming soon” may give you the option to register for early access. By registering, you will be able to access that VR concert during the early access period (typically a week before it becomes available to all users). Once the early access period begins, you will be able to download and watch one free song and purchase a pass to the full VR concert. Registering for early access will also subscribe you to email updates about that artist’s VR concert, as well as updates from AmazeVR.
• What does Storage Limit Reached mean? You will receive the Storage Limit Reached error if your VR device does not have enough storage available for the concert or free song that you’re trying to download.  To resolve this issue, delete any unused apps from your VR device using the system menu or open the “VR Concerts” section of the in-game menu and delete any concerts or free songs that you no longer need.  You can find out full guide to deleting VR Concerts here
• What does Network Connection Lost mean? You will receive the Network Connection Lost error if your VR device loses internet connection while downloading a concert or free song. To resolve this issue, check your device settings to ensure that your wifi connection is working
• Why is some content age restricted? Some concerts are age-restricted because they contain revealing costumes, explicit language, or other content that may not be appropriate for users under the age of 17. If you have questions about the content of a specific VR Concert, contact us at support@amazevr.com for more details.

• How can I download AmazeVR Concerts for Apple Vision Pro? You can download AmazeVR Concerts in the Apple App Store here: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/amazevr-concerts/ 
• How can I see all of the available concerts on Apple Vision Pro? When viewing the concert lineup in the AmazeVR Concerts app, use the pinch and swipe motion to scroll through all of the available concerts.
• What can I watch for free on Apple Vision Pro? Every artist on AmazeVR Concerts has one free song available. To watch it select the artist you want to see, and then select “Try it Free” to download the free song. Once the song is downloaded, select “Try it Free” again to watch the free song.
• How do I purchase a concert on Apple Vision Pro? To purchase a full concert on Apple Vision Pro, first open the AmazeVR Concerts app, then select the artist whose concert you wish to purchase. Select the top button to purchase the concert for the listed price. Once the purchase is complete, the concert will begin downloading automatically.
• How do I watch my concerts on Apple Vision Pro? To watch a concert on Apple Vision Pro, first open the AmazeVR Concerts app. Then select the artist whose concert you wish to watch. If you’ve already purchased and downloaded the concert, you will see the option to “Enter the VR Concert”. Click this button to start the concert.
• How do I exit the concert? To exit a concert or song in progress, first make sure your Apple Vision Pro immersion dial is set to 100% immersion. Then look down and locate the “X” icon. Focus on the “X” icon and pinch your fingers to exit the concert or song.

• How can I download AmazeVR Concerts for Meta Quest? AmazeVR Concerts is available for Meta Quest 2, 3 and Pro devices.   You can download the app for the Meta Quest here.    You can also find the app by searching for "AmazeVR Concerts" in the Meta Quest mobile app.    To find AmazeVR Concerts from your Meta Quest device, open the store app and type "AmazeVR Concerts" into the search. You must include the full title spelled exactly correct. 
• How do I open the in-app menu on Meta Quest? To open the in-app menu on Meta Quest devices, press the menu button on the left-hand controller, or press the right control stick.  
• How do I request a refund for Meta Quest? Unfortunately, refunds for purchases made through the Meta Quest store must be processed through Meta directly. You can request a refund for your in-app purchase(s) through Meta here. 

• How do I request a refund for my HYPERFOCUS tickets? To cancel a reservation purchased from AmazeVR, please contact our support team or email us at support@amazevr.com for assistance.  If you purchased your tickets from a theater (Landmark, MEGABOX, etc.), you will need to contact that theater directly for a refund.

• When should I arrive for the VR concert? Doors will open 10 minutes before your ticketed reservation time. We will not be showing ads before the concert begins, so arrive on time to not miss anything.  Doors will close 10 minutes after your ticketed reservation time. There will be NO late entries once the doors are closed.  Guests who arrive late may be offered the option to reschedule their ticket for the next available showtime if there are any remaining shows with open seats.  If you have questions about your reservation or showtimes, please email us at support@amazevr.com 
• Is there an age limit to attend a VR Concert? We recommend our VR Concerts for ages 12+. Attendees under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult who can assist them with their VR Headset. 
• Can I wear my glasses in the VR Headset? We do not recommend wearing glasses to this experience. If you need glasses and are unable to wear contact lenses, please ensure that the glasses are less than 5.5 Inches wide (142mm) and 2 inches (50mm) tall. Large frame glasses will NOT fit in the VR Headset.  AmazeVR staff will be on-site to assist guests with putting on the headset, but please plan accordingly.
• Will the VR headset fit over my hairstyle? Comfort is a top priority for our VR concerts. Our VR headsets use the Meta Quest 3 Elite Strap, which ensures a secure and comfortable fit. However, the strap may prove challenging for larger hairstyles (e.g., mohawks, thick braids, buns). The VR headset will not fit over hats. Please plan accordingly. 

• How can I download AmazeVR Concerts for PICO? You can download the app for PICO 4* by searching for "AmazeVR Concerts" in the PICO* store. *PICO is only available in select European and APAC markets

To start the free demo, use the trigger on your controller to pick up the demo disk. Insert the disk into the terminal in front of you and release the trigger. Press the "Enter" button on the terminal to begin the demo.  Once the tutorial is complete, you will return to the main hub. Using the trigger button on either controller, grab the song cartridge you want to watch and place it in the activator in front of you. Protip: To watch the full VR Concert without interruption, select the "Hottieverse" Cartridge in the center.  Press the "Buy" button to purchase the full VR concert, or press "Play" to begin playing the selected song. (If you have not yet purchased the full VR Concert, you will only be able to watch "Body") You may need to wait for the song or concert to download before you can watch it.   Once the concert/song has been downloaded, place the concert/song cartridge in the activator and press "Play" to begin the experience. • What should I do if I entered the wrong email address to receive my highlight reel? If you mistyped your email address or entered and incorrect email address, please contact support@amazevr.com.  If possible, please include the incorrect address that you entered. You can find this by opening the AmazeVR Megan Thee Stallion VR Concert App and pressing the menu button on the left controller. The email address that you entered will be listed in that menu. 
• Why haven't I received my highlight reel yet? Your Hottieverse highlight reel can take up to 24 hours to process.  If it has been more than 24 hours since your request was submitted, please check your spam/junk mail.  If you are unable to find the email in your spam/junk mail, contact our team at support@amazevr.com for further assistance.

• Why do I get an error when I try to download the concert? There are several reasons you may be having an issue downloading the concert files.    1. Not Enough Storage Space You may not have enough storage space on your device to download the full VR concert. We recommend a minimum of 15GB of free space, as the concert files total about 14.5GB. We recognize these files are quite large and are working to reduce the file size in the future without compromising the quality of the VR concert.  You can create more storage space by deleting unused apps on your VR device.    2. Download was interrupted If the download was interrupted (for example, if your device ran out of batteries while downloading the concert), then you may receive an error when you try to restart the download.  To resolve this issue on Meta Quest: Open the settings menu on your VR device.  Select "Storage"  Find the AmazeVR Megan Thee Stallion VR Concert app Select "Delete App Data" This will clear the existing app data and allow you to restart the download process   3. Files were deleted If the concert data was deleted outside of the in-app menu, you may be unable to redownload.  To resolve this issue on Meta Quest: Open the settings menu on your VR device.  Select "Storage"  Find the AmazeVR Megan Thee Stallion VR Concert app Select "Delete App Data" This will clear the existing app data and allow you to restart the download process   4. Veri222 Error If you are receiving a Veri222 Error and the above suggestions do not help, then you may need to delete the app and reinstall it. We realize that doing so is very inconvenient since the file size is so large and apologize. We are working on finding other solutions to this issue ASAP. 
• Why am I getting an error saying "the media file is missing"? Most likely you are trying to watch content that has not been downloaded or experienced issues during downloading.  This error message should automatically close the app and begin downloading the missing files as long as your Meta Quest device is connected to the internet.  If you continue receiving this error message, it may help to clear the AmazeVR Megan Thee Stallion VR Concert app data cache or delete the app and redownload it.  If this issue persists after trying these solutions, please contact support@amazevr.com. If possible, let us know what content you were trying to watch when you received this error and how many times the error has occurred 

• What are the minimum requirements to run Megan Thee Stallion AmazeVR Concert on SteamVR? Due to the 8k video used in this experience, AMD graphics cards are unfortunately not compatible. We apologize for any inconvenience. Megan Thee Stallion AmazeVR Concert requires a 64-bit processor and operating system. OS: Windows 10 October 2018 Update (1809) Processor: Intel Core i5-4590/AMD FX 8350 equivalent or better Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 equivalent or better. • How do I recenter my camera position on SteamVR? You should be able to recenter your view using the built-in Steam recenter feature on the SteamVR Dashboard. You can find a comprehensive tutorial here
• Why am I seeing a black screen instead of the Megan Thee Stallion AmazeVR Concert? Most likely this is an issue with your graphics card.  Our VR concert requires a graphics card equal to or better than the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 because of the 8k video component. AMD graphics cards are not supported at this time.  In order to create the highest fidelity VR concert experience, we shot the VR concert in 8k and used the v9 codec to encode the video for our VR concert app. While typically AMD graphics cards should be able to play 8k video, we found in testing that AMD cards struggled with the v9 codec which caused choppy/laggy playback.

• Why can't I download AmazeVR Concerts for SteamVR? It is with a heavy heart that we announced the sunsetting of the AmazeVR Concerts app on SteamVR in December of 2023. This decision was not made lightly. As a small team, we decided to allocate resources to develop better XR experiences. We understand that this news may be disappointing, especially to our dedicated users on SteamVR. To express our gratitude for your support, anyone who has already purchased a VR concert or downloaded a free song will continue to have access. Please note that after January 1, 2024, the AmazeVR Concerts app will no longer be available for download on SteamVR to new users. We are immensely grateful for the community that has grown around the AmazeVR Concerts app on SteamVR. Your enthusiasm and support have been the driving force behind our work. Since the 2022 'Enter Thee Hottiverse' VR Concert Tour has concluded, we no longer offer the ability to view your tickets from our website.
